Limfjords oysters served with green strawberries, apples, parsley and juice from cabbage
Bleak roe served with Jerusalem artichokes, pickled asparagus and horseradish oil
Salsify served with unripe mirabelle, gherkins and chamomile
Kohlrabi served with sesame seeds, salted currant, pickled courgette and sour cream
BBQ pork served with pickled summer greens, black garlic and sauce made from green juniper and browned butter
Ice cream made from sea buckthorn and butternut squash, fermented rhubarb, honey and rosemary oil

Pike perch with carrots, onions and sauce med from rosehip vinegar and beach crabs
Mallard from Lolland served with cabbage from our garden, gooseberries and spicy sauce
Cherry sorbet with blue berries, thyme, cardamom and cream
