Then take a look here: Once again this year, we’re offering our New Year’s Eve takeaway package, prepared by our skilled, professional chefs.

We’ve put together a spectacular menu, packed with only the very best, exclusive, high-quality ingredients!

Everything is packed and ready, so all you need to do is unpack it, heat up the final few items and plate up the delicious food.
We’ll of course include detailed instructions on how to reheat the food, as well as illustrations with serving suggestions.

New Year’s Eve menu // 1,000 kr.

Snacks: Caviar with blinis, red onion, quail’s eggs and crème fraîche 38%.
Amuse-bouche: Toasted sourdough bread with lobster salad
Starter: Vol-au-vent with root vegetables, veal and lobster tail.
Main course: Tournedos with mashed potato, bitter leaf salad, beef marrow and pepper sauce
Dessert: Chocolate-glazed milk slice

The meal must be collected from Frederiksminde between 10.00 and 12.30 on 31 December 2026.
