Hotel Frederiksminde offers the ideal setting to celebrate one of life’s most important days.
With a beautiful location by Præstø Fjord and charming surroundings, we create the perfect setting for your event. Our function department is not part of our Michelin-starred restaurant.

Beer, soft drinks and specific wines can be charged according to consumption.
3 or 5 types of snacks: 150 kr. / 225 kr.
2 types of selected petit fours with coffee: 50 kr.
Liqueurs (3 cl): from 85 kr.
Menu cards: 45 kr. each.
LATE-NIGHT SNACKS
‘Build-your-own’ hot dogs with all the trimmings 130 kr.
‘Build-your-own’ roast pork sandwich 145 kr.
Scandinavian cheeses and sausages 135 kr.
FOOD FOR MUSICIANS / PHOTOGRAPHERS
1 main course 225 kr.
LUNCH RECEPTION START/END
Duration of 5 hours, with arrival no later than 14.00.
Thereafter, there is a surcharge of 450 kr. per hour or part thereof per waiter (minimum 1 waiter per 20 guests).
EVENING RECEPTION START/END
Arrival by arrangement.
After 02:00, there is a surcharge of 500 kr. per hour or part thereof per waiter (minimum 2 waiters per 20 guests).
For events where not all our rooms are booked, the music must be turned down considerably at midnight out of consideration for the hotel’s other overnight guests. The music must be switched off by 01:00 at the latest.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel has 19 rooms, comprising 13 double rooms, 3 single rooms, 2 junior suites and 1 bridal suite. Extra beds are available for 550 kr. in some of the above rooms.
We are happy to offer a special rate if all rooms are booked by the same group.
Special rate for a suite: 2,300 kr. (standard rate 2,800 kr.).
Special rate for a junior suite: 2,000 kr. (standard rate 2,300 kr.).
Special rate for a double room: 1,700 kr. (standard rate 2,000 kr.).
Special rate for a single room: 1,300 kr. (standard rate 1,450 kr.).
CORKAGE FEES
If you wish to bring your own wine, this costs 450 kr. per opened bottle and 800 kr. per opened magnum.
FLOWERS
We can arrange a variety of flowers in seasonal colours for the tables.
The price depends on size and season.
WE CAN ALSO ASSIST WITH
Music, a photographer, fireworks and a guided tour of the town with a local guide.
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is payable to confirm your booking.
The amount depends on the size of your party and must be paid no later than 14 days after you receive your confirmation.
The amount will be deducted from the final bill but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to make changes and increase prices.
