When booking a hotel stay at Hotel Frederiksminde ApS, please provide the following information

Phone number
Email address
We use your name in our system to be able to reserve a room for you. When you arrive at the hotel, we will be able to assign the desired room to you by stating your name.
We register your phone number and your e-mail address so that we can communicate with you about your reservation. We also use your address and email if we need to send you an invoice or if we send out spring letters. We never pass on your information to a third party.

STORAGE / DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is stored in our online booking system Spectra as well as in our online financial system e-conomic. We do not delete your information in our system as it is used for future reservations. Should you wish to be deleted from our directory, you are very welcome to contact our data controller, and your information will subsequently be deleted from our directory.
