Arrival by arrangement.
After 02.00 there is a supplement of DKK 500 per started hour per waiters (minimum 2 waiters per 20 guests).
For parties where not all our rooms are booked, for the sake of the hotel’s other overnight guests, the music must be turned down significantly at 24.00. The music must be turned off no later than 01.00.
ACCOMMODATION
We have 19 rooms at the hotel divided into 13 double rooms, 3 single rooms, 2 junior suites and 1 bridal suite.
Extra beds are possible in some of the rooms above.
We are happy to offer a special price if all rooms are booked by the same company.
Special price for a double room DKK 1.700 (normal price DKK 2.000).
Special price for single room DKK 1.300 (normal price DKK 1.450).
FLOWRES
We can arrange different flowers in the colors of the season for the tables.
The price depends on the size and season.
WEDDING CAKE
We can arrange exquisite wedding cakes in collaboration with some of the country’s leading patisseries.
CEREMONY
The wedding ceremony in Præstø’s historic church is a beautiful and meaningful way to start your marriage. If you are not connected to the parish, you can rent Præstø Church for DKK 2,500. The historic and atmospheric space will provide the perfect setting for your vows of love.
If you prefer a civil ceremony, it can take place in the park at Frederiksminde or on the hotel terrace with a stunning view of Præstø Fjord. These beautiful outdoor locations add a unique charm to your wedding ceremony. If you choose the Park at Frederiksminde or the terrace, the price for a beautiful and memorable wedding ceremony is DKK 2,500.

RESERVATION FEE
For confirmation of booking, a reservation fee must bee paid.
The amount depends on the size of the company and must be payed within 14 days of receiving your confirmation.
The amount is set off against the final settlement, but is not refunded upon cancellation.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
